About us
Chi Hsiang is a legally established, non-profit civic association. Most of our members are licensed social workers and social work professionals who care about local welfare needs in Yilan.

Current program
Commissioned by the Social Affairs Department of the Yilan County Government for this fiscal year. Our service starts from each family's real situation, offering care, information, and resource connection.
